Launch a Bonding Curve

Mint a Token2022 with the Bedrock floor-transfer-hook enabled. The submitted parameters are sent straight to the initialize_virtual_pool_with_token2022 instruction on devnet.

Launching creates a Token-2022 mint with a transfer-hook extension pointing to the floor hook program, initializes the floor config with your fee schedule, and initializes a floor reserve PDA that will hold buyback liquidity. Sell fees decay linearly from 10% to 3% over 72h.
