Create a DAMM v2 Pool
A standard constant-product pool on cp_amm. Pool creation requires two existing mints and an initial liquidity deposit. The transaction builder targets cp_amm::initialize_pool on devnet.
Pool creation UI is next. Use the bonding-curve flow for new tokens — pools graduate automatically once the migration threshold is met.
